On November 21–22, 2025, the 6th Congress of the Union of Ukrainian Ophthalmic Surgeons (SUO) “Ophthalmic Light. Ophthalmic Surgery in Ukraine 2025” was held in Kyiv at the Premier Hotel Rus. The event is an excellent platform for professional discussion of the most pressing problems of ophthalmic surgery and global trends, presentation of complex surgical cases, and exchange of experience with outstanding Ukrainian and foreign leading specialists in the field.
The exclusive intensive and rich scientific and practical program included live broadcasts of surgery of complicated cases of the anterior segment of the eye, reports by Ukrainian and foreign speakers from the USA, Great Britain, Portugal, Spain, Canada, Austria, Sweden, and the United Arab Emirates.
Partner companies — key brands in the industry — helped organize the event and the exhibition of new diagnostic and surgical equipment, which took place within the framework of the congress.
