The First USCRS Congress 2025 – Congress of the Ukrainian Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons – took place on December 5–6.
The event’s rich program covered topical topics in cataract and refractive surgery, the latest techniques, clinical cases and innovative technologies and included reports, master classes, satellite symposia, professional discussions, and “live surgery.”
Leading experts, ophthalmic surgeons and scientists from Ukraine, Australia, Canada, Austria, Germany, Italy, Poland, and Brazil shared their experience, research results, and practical recommendations.
The lively discussion was accompanied by consideration of such topics as a new perspective on laser correction of presbyopia, features of cataract surgery in eyes with an implanted microshunt, lenticular technologies, and management of post-traumatic cataract resulting from combat trauma.
Employees of VISUS PHARM LLC presented the company's key products at the stand, had meaningful conversations with doctors and partners, strengthening cooperation and inspiring new achievements aimed at improving the quality of life of patients.
