Hypertonic ophthalmic solution DROP tonic 5%
DROP TONIC 5% is a hypertonic ophthalmic solution for the treatment of corneal edema resulting from mechanical, toxic, dystrophic or inflammatory damage. By making the tear hypertonic, DROP tonic 5% absorbs excess water from the corneal tissue by osmosis, reducing swelling.
INDICATIONS: DROP tonic 5% is recommended to be used to eliminate discomfort, burning and eye irritation caused by corneal edema; in the case of cataract, retinal detachment, corneal transplantation, dystrophic, mechanical, toxic and inflammatory corneal dysfunctions, abnormal fluid accumulation due to corneal edema (with or without inflammation) or trauma after refractive or ophthalmic surgery.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: 1. Remove the cover. 2. Carefully press the bottle and instill 1-2 drops in each eye; repeat the procedure if necessary. 3. Close the container immediately after use; the solution can be used within 3 months after first opening.
INGREDIENTS: riboflavin sodium phosphate (0.000075%), sodium chloride (5%), vitamin E TPGS (d-a-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol succinate), sodium hyaluronate, L-proline, L-glycine, L-leucine, L-lysine , sodium phosphate dibasic to deca hydrate, sodium phosphate monobasic monohydrate, purified water.
