Keratostill eye drops are a sterile aqueous solution of 0.3% hypromellose (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose). It is used to moisturize, lubricate, and soothe eye tissue; to accelerate corneal reepithelialization; to eliminate the feeling of dryness and slight eye irritation because of environmental conditions (air conditioning, dust, sunlight), eye fatigue caused by prolonged reading, driving, or using a computer.

Keratostill does not form insoluble precipitates with metal salts or organic substances present in the tear fluid; pH is fully compatible with eye tissues and tear fluid, which ensures high tolerability of the eye drops.
